We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient rehabilitation team in Moore, Oklahoma. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering hands-on patient care, improving functional outcomes, and developing their clinical skills in a collaborative environment.

The selected candidate will treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Clinicians may maintain a general caseload or explore specialized interests in orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and concussion care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using an electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 patient visits per week, with access to AI-powered tools designed to streamline documentation.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal outcomes.

• Educate patients on rehabilitation goals, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Participate in clinical learning, mentorship, and continuing education opportunities.

• Follow applicable clinical guidelines, professional standards, and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Oklahoma licensure.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
