Sales Account Executive

Overview Courtyard by Marriott in Lewiston, Idaho, managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality (NSH) is currently interviewing for a Sales Account Executive. We are situated in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska, with award-winning hotels where hospitality is the focus of our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate, genuine, forward thinking and engaging to join our team and help create memorable experiences for guests and team members. Responsibilities Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and solicit past and new business to ensure revenue goals (e.g., room nights, ADR, REVPAR, room rental) are achieved or exceeded. Lead the development and solicitation of business from all markets to ensure the necessary advance bookings for a successful and profitable operation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field preferred. Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
