The expected pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. We are seeking Associate Technology Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will solve complex client business problems and translate requirements into technical strategies and solutions. This is a hands‑on technical position which will be responsible for requirements gathering for integrations/changes, design solutioning, guiding development, overseeing testing and implementation, and resolving complex issues. This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic client-service environment, exercise independent judgement, be an effective listener and communicator, and to provide creative solutions through targeted resources and technical expertise to our clients. Job Responsibilities Leverage firm learning resources to continuously build expertise in Workday and related technology platforms and apply that knowledge to client solution strategies. Analyze complex client technical requirements, apply logical problem‑solving skills, and communicate solutions in clear, simple language. Design and deliver innovative solutions by enhancing and implementing existing software tools and platforms, while also contributing to the development of new solutions. Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes within systems and providing effective, actionable resolutions. Investigate integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and present findings and recommendations to management. Design and maintain detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and design documentation to support the full integration deployment lifecycle. Identify opportunities for client enhancements by leveraging new features and functionality introduced in Workday releases. Requirements Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset. Proficiency in Java preferred. Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while collaborating with passionate stakeholders and end users. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
