Perks of working with us Phone Reimbursement Uncapped commission Set your own schedule with appointments Commission - Tiered commission structure Potential to make $85,000 to $120,000 per year Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Job Duties Follows-up on all leads within 24‑hrs of initial contact and enters info into CRM system Maintains consistent flow of communication with clients throughout the entire process, from initial contact to qualification to completed project Creates outside leads apart from those generated by franchise’s own advertising Qualifies clients and gathers information on all job‑related products in order to make an in‑home presentation Determines customers preferences and quotes services based on kitchen lay‑out and design with the goal of creating a sale Takes “before” photos of all jobs for sales and marketing purposes Collects and processes customers’ payments Meets with the installer at the job site prior to start of project to cover all necessary details and ensure accuracy Meets with customer at project completion to inspect work, collect final payment, take “after” photos, go‑over post‑completion packet and present final thank you gift Must be able to work at least one Saturday a month Always asks for the sale and business Work the showroom at least one day a week Skills And Requirements Able to work flexible hours and staff Home Show booths Must be enthusiastic, dependable and present a professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients’ homes Excellent oral and written skills Smartphone and computer‑proficiency Must have a valid US driver’s license Why Work for Kitchen Tune‑Up Steady work and rapid growth in the Cleveland market.
