Machine Operator - Now Hiring

If you prioritize precision, quality, and strict process adherence, join us as a machine operator / quality and process adherence specialist! This critical role focuses on ensuring every product meets high standards and that all operational steps are documented correctly. Your responsibilities: Process control: strictly adhere to all established standard operating procedures (sops) and manufacturing work instructions for the assigned machine. Quality assurance: perform systematic and documented in-process quality checks at required intervals, logging results accurately on control sheets or digital systems. Documentation: accurately complete all production paperwork, downtime logs, and quality documentation to ensure traceability and audit compliance. Material management: stage raw materials and components needed for the machine and manage the flow of finished goods efficiently. Machine maintenance: assist in scheduled basic cleaning and maintenance activities, ensuring the equipment and work cell are organized and audit-ready. Location: Cheshire, CT Work hours: 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM Dress Code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips.
