License: Active Ohio license or an active compact state license required. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: - Permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at the time of submission. - One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. - Active required certifications must be in hand at the time of submission. Description: Join our team as a Critical Care Registered Nurse in the ICU. This position involves working day shifts, consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent ICU experience. An active Ohio nursing license or an active compact state license is required. AHA BLS and ACLS certifications must be current and valid. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Only references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director will be accepted. Nurses and CSTs are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements. A negative 10 panel plus nicotine drug screen is required within 12 months of starting. An acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition tests and safeMedicate assessments is required during orientation. Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months, with a required 6-month break before returning.
