Location: Paterson, NJ

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $28.00/hour, depending on experience and skills

Do you thrive on turning raw aluminum and stainless into in-tolerance parts?
Can you set tool lengths, tweak offsets, and move confidently from setup to steady production?
Do blueprints and technical drawings make sense to you at a glance?

What you’ll tackle

Set up and run HAAS CNC lathes and, when needed, HAAS mills.
Complete multiple setups daily, dialing in tool lengths and offsets.
Interpret blueprints/technical drawings to produce parts to spec.
Execute first-article inspections before releasing jobs to production.
Machine aluminum and stainless steel while maintaining tight tolerances.
Make on-the-fly adjustments to hold quality and accuracy.
Learn and operate additional platforms, including Kiwa machines.
Follow safety and quality procedures rigorously.
Maintain a neat, organized work area throughout the shift.

What you’ll bring

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience with HAAS CNC lathes/mills preferred.
Experience machining aluminum and stainless steel.
Mastercam know-how a plus.
Competence with shop math and geometry.
Basic computer skills.
Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
Upbeat attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: $28.00/hour, depending on experience and skills

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
