Aquatics Program Lead

As an Aquatics Program Lead, you will help advance our mission by promoting water safety, healthy activity, and a welcoming environment for all members.Location: Pomona Area (Ganesha Park Pool & Washington Park Swim Center)Work Schedule: This is a seasonal position that runs from May to August. Available shifts are within the hours listed below:Wednesday, & Friday 6:00pm - 8:00pmTuesday - Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm; 1:00pm - 5:00pmSaturday & Sunday 1:00-5:00pmPurpose and Impact:Model Leadership:Welcome and support swimmers and families, ensuring every interaction reflects the Y’s values and inclusive spirit.
