Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Physical Therapy License Master's Home Health experience with OASIS and evaluations Assignment Details Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week. No on-call or weekend requirement. Coverage area includes Lamar, Fannin, and Grayson counties.
