Patient Experience Coordinator

To support a growing digital sleep clinic, the remote Patient Experience Coordinator will manage patient communications across various platforms, resolve non-clinical inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the patient care journey. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients through phone, email, and in-app messaging Resolve a wide range of non-clinical patient inquiries while ensuring a positive, patient-centered experience Collaborate with Care Coordination, Billing, and Clinical Operations teams to provide coordinated support throughout the patient care journey Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare coordination, patient support, or a similar patient-facing role Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams Confidence using digital communication tools and healthcare technology Genuine commitment to improving patient experience and operational efficiency
