Design High-Impact Learning: Create and implement innovative clinical programs that translate complex medical standards into practical, bedside excellence and measurable growth. Cultivate Professional Growth: Consult on nursing development initiatives that support career longevity and empower staff to practice at the highest level of their clinical licensure. Measure Educational Success: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using data-driven tools to ensure that educational investments directly improve patient outcomes and team performance. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Work Experience: Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
