We’re looking for someone who: Is confident, personable, and comfortable speaking with prospective customers Can quickly establish rapport and earn trust Is motivated by goals and enjoys a performance‑driven environment Takes ownership of follow‑up and sees opportunities through Is competitive while still being a strong team player Is organized and able to manage multiple prospects and opportunities Wants to learn, improve, and grow with the agency A New Jersey Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but not required.
