Become a part of a dedicated anesthesia team committed to serving America's Veterans in the breathtaking Reno/Lake Tahoe area. Our organization is currently looking for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to deliver exceptional perioperative care within a supportive and collaborative clinical setting.

The Opportunity

Administer general anesthesia across various surgical specialties.
Utilize advanced equipment in a contemporary operating room environment.
Work closely with CRNAs, surgeons, and perioperative teams.
Engage in multidisciplinary case planning and quality improvement initiatives.
Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with a manageable call rotation.
Foster a culture centered on safety, teamwork, and ongoing enhancement.

Attractive compensation package.
Annual performance bonuses along with regular salary increments.
Up to 55 days of paid time off annually, including vacation, sick leave, and federal holidays.
Federal pension plan (FERS) plus a 401(k) with contributions from the organization.
Comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail coverage.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement and protected time (if eligible).
No employment contracts or non-compete agreements.
Eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) , offering student loan repayment up to $200,000 (pending approval).

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology.
Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state or territory.
