Shift Manager – Lead with Purpose at Huddle House As a Shift Manager, you'll lead restaurant operations during your shift by coaching team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. If you're a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations and support your team throughout each shift. Deliver an outstanding guest experience and quickly resolve customer concerns. Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve success. Complete daily paperwork, inventory, and operational reports. Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards. Foster a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant leadership experience required. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Positive attitude with the ability to lead by example.
