Job Duties: Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers Utilize phone to document and research information Provide exceptional and timely customer service Maintain tools, equipment and company vans

Experience required: High school diploma or equivalent is required Valid driver's license 2 years' experience as an in-home service provider Excellent customer service skills Computer skills Excellent communication skills Mechanical and electrical knowledge Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Benefits: Van, gas card and uniforms are provided. Paid holidays.
