Senior MEP Construction Project ManagerWhat this job involves:We are currently seeking a Senior MEP Construction Project Manager to deliver Corporate Real Estate (CRE) technology projects for our clients within JLL Technologies Program and Project Management Team. You will work with clients' real estate technology teams globally to develop and deploy multiple projects. This client-facing role specializes in delivery of complex CRE technology projects, inclusive of change management, training, and technology success and adoption. You'll be responsible for leading projects, managing risks and issues proactively, and ensuring quality, on-time, and in-budget delivery.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Collaborating with members of the client's Real Estate business and technology teams globally to develop and deploy CRE technology-related projectsEngaging with stakeholders to ensure requirements documentation covers their needs and proactively managing stakeholder expectations and program/project risksPerforming high-quality project management with strong governance, thorough documentation, and efficient communication including project frameworks, minutes, status updates, risk management plans, and steering meetingsMaintaining project scope and budget throughout delivery while driving financial forecasting metrics such as project forecast, burn down reports, estimated to completion, and weekly time card analysisEnsuring project-related documentation is complete and provides key metrics to support client leadership decision-makingFacilitating frequent meetings with regional end users to understand adoption levels, pain points, and develop plans to improve user experience and drive adoptionSupporting development of continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure tools constantly evolve to enhance end user experience and adoptionEstablishing strong business relationships with key stakeholders through a consultative approach, sharing best practices and market trends to drive stakeholder decision-makingDesired experience and technical skills:10+ years of program and project management experienceMEP or Electrical Construction experienceExperience supporting projects involving Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs)" wordsmith as you needAbility to thrive in a high-pace environment and work across global time zones as requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholdersProactive and situational leadership skills in people and project managementSelf-motivation and desire to consistently deliver with excellenceOrganized, detail-oriented, and reliable ownership approachExperience working in large global organizations with complex technical environments and managing relationships with internal and external customers, service providers, and vendorsStrong customer focus with demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with business stakeholders, end-users, vendors, and technology teamsAbility to operate independently with general guidanceExperience with MS ProjectRequirements:Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from an accredited institutionExperience with Corporate Real Estate technologiesExperience with Adaptive WorkExperience with complex lab environmentsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
