Executive Assistant
Marvin
Marvin is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in our Manufacturing Administration & Clerical department. This role manages complex calendars, travel, and high‑volume email; prepares presentations, reports, and meeting materials; coordinates leadership meetings and events; and handles confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will streamline administrative processes, help track key manufacturing and business priorities, and serve as a trusted liaison across teams. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, proactive, tech‑savvy, and committed to Marvin’s people‑first, safety‑focused, and continuous improvement culture.
