Structural Steel Senior Project Manager

Structural Steel Fabrication ManagerRequired to have 5+ years working directly for a structural steel fabrication company Steel Construction and United States Candidates only.Summary: Responsible for managing projects for small to large, often complex steel construction projects.Responsibilities:Reviewing & understanding construction plans, documents, specifications and contractsPlanning, Organizing, and Controlling large commercial building projectReviews and understands bid documents, including all specifications and scope of work.Tekla EPM and/or Excel templates. (or similar software experience)Communicating with Vendors, General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Detailers, etcCompensation/Benefits: Salary is negotiable $100-150K, bonus, relocation assistance, company vehicle, medical, dental and retirement.
