• Seeking two Cardiologist to join the dynamic team at a Heart & Vascular Center in Topeka, KS
\n
• This is an incredible opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing practice while enjoying the resources of a renowned academic health system.

• Full-Time Employment (1.0 FTE)
\n
• Inpatient/Outpatient Mix
\n
• Single-Specialty Group of 9 Cardiologists, 8 APC, and support staff (RN, LPN, CAN, MA, secretarial and front office)
\n
• Practice Growth: adding 2 new cardiologist positions to the team
\n
• Clinical practice plus dedicated admin time, no research nor teaching required;
\n
• Procedure Rooms and Testing Available On-Site: Nuclear Stress, Echo, Vascular Sonography, Coumadin Clinic, Cardiac Rehab, Vein Clinic
\n
• Referrals from Primary Care and Multiple Specialists
\n
• Schedule: varies, some weekend requirement.
\n
• Daily Patient Load: Clinical 2-3 patients per hour; Inpatient varies
\n
• Call: 1:6 day rotation (5 per month), telephone only and with excess call pay
\n
• EMR: Epic

Qualifications: \n
• ABIM Board Certified/Eligible Cardiologist
\n
• Fellowship Training in Cardiology/Cardiovascular Diseases
\n
• Cardiology Fellows interested in a clinical setting are welcome to apply
