Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Adult Daycare Center. This role works closely with the Daycare Director and serves as a key point of contact for participants, families, and staff. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Maintain accurate participant records and files Prepare and manage attendance logs and reports Assist with billing tasks and documentation Front Desk & Communication Greet participants, families, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phone calls and route inquiries appropriately Provide general information and support to clients and staff Scheduling & Coordination Schedule medical and dental appointments for participants Coordinate transportation as needed Assist with daily scheduling needs for participants and staff Office Operations Support basic questions related to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Monitor inventory of office and medical supplies and reorder as needed Assist with day-to-day operational needs of the center Qualifications Bilingual in Korean and English (required) 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and general computer systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who embodies: Compassion A positive, can-do attitude Respect for clients and team members Commitment to excellence Work Environment Fast-paced adult daycare setting Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 20 lbs as needed Team-oriented, collaborative environment Why Join Us?
