Data Engineer

Data EngineerWe are looking for a Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Vector Databases and GraphQL to design and build modern data solutions supporting AI-driven applications and scalable data platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.Develop and optimize data models, storage solutions, and data processing frameworks.Work extensively with Vector Databases to support AI-powered search, semantic retrieval, and RAG-based applications.Design, develop, and integrate GraphQL APIs for efficient data access, querying, and system integration.Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver data-driven solutions.Ensure data quality, reliability, scalability, and performance across data platforms.Required Skills:Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, Chroma, or similar).Mandatory: Strong experience with GraphQL APIs and integrations.Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.Experience building and managing ETL/ELT data pipelines.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with Docker, Git, and modern data engineering practices.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AI/LLM workflows, embedding models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Understanding of modern AI application architectures and data retrieval patterns.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
