Brand Ambassador

Summary Full-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations while supporting store initiatives and upholding Ralph Lauren brand standards. This customer-first, team-oriented role is an entry point for future leadership and requires curiosity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to delivering consistent service on the sales floor. Responsibilities Drive sales and profit performance by leveraging company tools and resources to engage customers and close business. Support execution of store and company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results. Engage clients through outreach and alternative purchasing methods (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) and broaden product discovery via QR codes and digital catalogs. Maintain exceptional store standards on the sales floor and provide ongoing feedback to management on category opportunities. Participate in community outreach, networking, and talent sourcing to strengthen customer connectivity and store presence. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred. Strong communication skills and proven ability to build and maintain positive customer and team relationships. Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for multiple hours, maneuver around the sales floor and stock/dressing areas, and lift up to 30 lbs. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
