Title Sales Representative – Facility Services Location Albany, NY, 12084 Job Description We are looking for a goal‑oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team. The role focuses on prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within a defined territory, using CRM to close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas. Key responsibilities: Prospect, develop, and qualify leads in assigned territory. Utilize CRM to identify and pursue opportunities, manage pipelines, and close new business. Meet and exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas. Deliver product demonstrations, negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close sales. Maintain strong customer relationships by providing solutions to facility services needs. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay current on products and sales techniques. Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and contact management systems. Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in B2B and facility services. Experience with direct sales and new business development. Compensation Estimated total compensation ranges between $60,000 and $150,000 per year, based on base salary plus earned commissions.
