Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require follow-up; Perform armed post duties in accordance with site post orders, licensing requirements, and applicable regulations, maintaining professional handling of authorized equipment at all times; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify appropriate access, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or unusual activity to Allied Universal leadership and designated site personnel; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed
