As a Host/Hostess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and managing the flow of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage reservations and oversee turn times to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Assist service and bus staff to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Perform general restaurant maintenance to uphold our standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.
