Job Title: LPN – Immediate Care Center
Location: Great Falls
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: $49,000 – $78,000/year
Shift: M–F (Some weekends as needed)
Job Summary

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting while supporting providers and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and assist with patient care
• Triage calls and coordinate follow-ups
• Handle prescription refills & prior authorizations
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff
• Support CNAs and schedulers

Requirements

• LPN license (state license upon hire)
• BLS certification
• Nursing program graduate
• Open to <1 year experience
