Responsibilities

• Client and Prospect Engagement: Build relationships with customers and engaged prospects from our in-agency telemarketers, understand their insurance requirements, and offer personalized guidance.
• Sales Generation: Drive insurance sales by assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate policies, and closing deals effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain expertise in Allstate's insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing queries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Networking: Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to expand your client base and increase sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Licensing: Active South Carolina Property Casualty License required.
• Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is required.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a drive to succeed.
