REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Sales Associate, youll play a vital role in growing and supporting the agency
• You will assist in prospecting and closing new business, servicing existing customers, and supporting the daily operations of the agency
• Prospect and acquire new business in property, auto, and life insurance lines
• Quote, bind, and process insurance policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with policy changes, billing, and claims support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions.
• Collaborate with the agent and service center team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Review applications for insurability and assist with underwriting decisions.
• Adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment

Skills needed to be considered for this position:

• Must be extremely efficient with computer processes and programs.
• Must be Sales Focused
• Must be Customer Focused

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have an aptitude for learning new programs and procedures
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude, and work ethic
• This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance license within 30 days of hire Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly Team-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude
