Senior Mobile Engineer

Owning the development of the advisor mobile app, the full-time Senior Mobile Engineer will build and maintain a hybrid application while collaborating with cross-functional teams and shipping updates weekly in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the advisor mobile app end to end, including native shell, hybrid surfaces, and Rails APIs Ship usable app components weekly to get the application into advisors' hands quickly Establish build and release pipelines, app store processes, and monitoring for the mobile app Required qualifications Proven experience shipping and maintaining a mobile app in the App Store and/or Play Store Full-stack development experience, including backend API development Familiarity with both native and hybrid mobile technologies Demonstrated ability to drive ambiguous problems to resolution independently Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows
