Job Title
Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking full-time CNA/Care Partners for Double Weekend Shift Saturday & Sunday (7a-11p).
Job Description
$21 per hour base pay + $10 per hour double weekend premium pay + $0.75 2nd shift differential as applicable. Double Weekend Shift - Every Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm (32 hours per week) - This is NOT a Baylor shift.

Job Responsibilities
- As a CNA, provides quality nursing care to senior residents.
- Administers care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
- Helps residents bathe and maintain proper hygiene.
- Feeds residents and ensures taking their medications.
- Monitors resident vital signs.
- Must be able to work two (2) 8-hour shifts every weekend
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Tennessee required
- Prior geriatric nursing home experience is preferred.
