Roofing Sales Representative - High Earning Potential (Training Provided)

The Staff Pad is Hiring

The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company to hire Roofing Sales Representatives . This is a high-income sales opportunity with uncapped commissions, strong support, and real growth potential.

No roofing experience? No problem. If you're motivated and coachable, we'll train you.

What You'll Earn

$70K-$80K Year 1
$90K-$100K Year 2
$110K+ Year 3
Uncapped commission - top reps earn well above this. Potential to surpass listed ranges based on performance!

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners and generate new business
Perform roof inspections (training provided)
Guide customers through the insurance & sales process
Close deals and manage your pipeline
Build referrals and repeat business

Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

Roofing or construction experience
Door-to-door or outside sales experience
Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)
