We are seeking an experienced all-breed Bather to join our team of true animal lovers! We work collaboratively and promote a culture of fun, open dialogue, and teamwork. Our modern upscale Pet Grooming and Bathing Boutiques are filled with compassionate friendly people and positive energy. At petbar boutiques you'll find a culture of care that inspires you to be your best. As a Bather you will perform the core and fundamental purpose of petbar ®: a fun and caring bathing experience for each pet. Your responsibilities will include: Loving each pet and ensure their safety at all times Bathing and hand drying dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments Brushing and combing out coats to remove mats and tangles Trimming/Filing nails and cleaning ears Face, feet and sanitary trims (it's a plus, not a must) Gland expression Assisting the self-wash Clients Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment throughout the day and at the end of each shift. What we look for : Have a love for animals and a desire to provide exceptional Client service. Experience working with dogs in some capacity, whether through previous bathing experience or other pet related services. Responsible, punctual, and hard-working supportive team member with reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Able to work between the hours of 9-6 PM including Saturdays. Able to lift 75 plus pounds and stand for long periods of time. Must display confidence working with and handling all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
