Interim HRBP Director - M&A Integration (Detroit On-Site)

GigHR is seeking an interim HRBP Director to lead the post-acquisition HR function for a family-owned company. The role focuses on risk assessment, compliance clean-up, and building foundational HR policies while collaborating closely with an incoming CFO fractional resource. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A/post-acquisition integration experience and enjoy a scrappy, home-grown environment. The engagement is targeted at 12 months (flexible to 18), with full-time on-site work at a minimum #J-18808-Ljbffr GigHR®
