This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you.Schedule (days/hours): Mon, Tue, Wed 8am- 5pm, Thur 10am - 7pm & Fri 8am -12pm (one Saturday a month)ResponsibilitiesAssist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfortTake and develop dental X-rays as neededSterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocolsEducate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental proceduresMaintain accurate patient records and update chartsQualificationsRegistered Dental Assistant (RDA) – requiredDental Radiology (X-Ray) CertificationCurrent CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standardsStrong communication skills and a patient-first mindsetCompensation: $17 - $21/hrBenefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.Smile Brands supports over 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states all focused on a single mission of delivering Smiles For Everyone!® Smiles for patients, providers, employees, and community partners.
