Resident Care Manager
Sweetwater Care LLC
Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee resident care and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff. The RN will develop care plans, perform nursing diagnoses, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Applicants must hold an active RN license, have prior RN experience in a nursing community, and be able to work flexible hours. SNF/LTC experience preferred.
