The company values collaborative, hands‑on professionals who take pride in maintaining high standards. Role Description This is a contract, on‑site Repairer role based in the Greater Anchorage Area. The Repairer is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and basic improvements across multiple vacation rental properties to ensure they are safe, clean, and guest‑ready. Day‑to‑day tasks include troubleshooting and fixing minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, addressing wear and tear, and coordinating with supervisors for larger repair needs. The role also includes inspecting units before and after guest stays, responding to urgent repair requests, and documenting work completed. The Repairer works closely with the property operations team to prioritize tasks, maintain tools and materials, and uphold Casa Rentals' quality and safety standards. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in general maintenance and repair (e.g., basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor appliance repair). Ability to perform property inspections, identify issues proactively, and complete work orders accurately and on time. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety protocols and building codes. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with property managers, housekeeping, and other contractors. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between properties in the Greater Anchorage Area. Physical ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform hands‑on repair work in various weather conditions. Prior experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or residential property maintenance is preferred but not required.
