What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly organized pro-active, and detail-oriented Agent Operations & Marketing Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy agent. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage marketing initiatives, coordinate events, oversee reports, and ensure seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, efficient and always one step ahead. You will work a multi-functional role that includes front-desk receptionist, marketing, and assistant activities.


A strong candidate will bring the following qualifications and traits:

• Must be able to obtain or have an active Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance License (required prior to start)
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Coachable and eager to grow personally and professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Canva
• High performer with a team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the right hand to the agent, anticipating needs and proactively addressing tasks before they arise.
• Manage personal and team calendars, appointments, and customer meetings to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign coordination, and brand consistency across all platforms.
• Sign up for, organize, and execute all marketing events from start to finish.
• Handle client and prospect follow-up, ensuring timely communication and nurturing relationships.
• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly compliance and activity reports to support business performance tracking.
• Employee and customer retention and stewardship
• Anticipates the needs of each office
• Analyze, create and send interoffice communications
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
• Work an in-office position Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We do not offer work from home opportunities.

Compensation $36,400 - $54,600 per year

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Monroe & Lawrence County.
• Our office is open Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
• I am a proud graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
• We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
• We have 20 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
