Flexible availability for part-time work, including evenings and weekends. Familiarity with cash register/POS systems is a plus. Customer Engagement Greet and assist customers with prompt, friendly service. Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively guide customers. Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating as necessary. Experience in customer outreach and loyalty-building initiatives is preferred. Sales and Merchandising Standards Ensure the store remains clean and organized, including the sales floor, stockroom, and communal spaces. Replenish inventory and manage product placement on the sales floor. Support store and team sales targets, enhancing customer loyalty. Assist with visual merchandising and store displays. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Operational Excellence and Team Collaboration Engage in training sessions and team meetings. Provide support and training to new team members. Actively seek feedback for personal and professional growth. Physical Requirements Ability to climb ladders. Lifting and moving items up to approximately 50 pounds is frequently required. Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling. Routine standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
