We are seeking experienced Personal Caregivers who approach their work with attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to excellence .

This role is ideal for caregivers who take pride in delivering care that is not only clinically sound, but also  thoughtful, respectful, and refined .

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, hygiene, toileting, dressing, and positioning
• Support clients with daily routines, meals, and light household tasks
• Offer thoughtful companionship while respecting client preferences and boundaries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment
• Observe and communicate subtle changes in condition or behavior
• Follow individualized care plans with precision and professionalism
• Use proper safety protocols, including PPE and universal precautions
• Document care accurately and communicate proactively with the care team

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-compliant personal care training or competency program
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (more preferred for this role)
• HHA or CNA certification strongly preferred
• Advanced certifications (such as dementia care training) highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance
• Ability to pass all required background checks
