Billing Admin The Billing Admin plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the organization's billing processes. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in business, finance, or related field preferred. At least 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related administrative roles. Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle. Knowledge of relevant billing regulations and compliance standards.
