Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail store. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage team performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for retail, a focus on operational efficiency, and the ability to develop and motivate a team.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

· Receive products from vendor deliveries and unload trucks at the loading docks

· Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list

· Update the product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory

· Package products for return to vendors and fill out any RMA paperwork necessary prior to the shipment being picked up

.Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and productivity.

.Hire, train, and onboard new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.

.Maintain store appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.

.Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays.

Skills:

· 2+ years experience preferred

· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at a time unassisted

· Strong computer skills

· Great Communication skills
