CCC–Allen is seeking a skilled and dependable Medical Technician to join our clinical care team. To excel as a PRN Medical Technician at Christian Care Centers- Allen, candidates must hold current certification or licensure as a Medical Technician or Clinical Laboratory Technician. Previous experience in clinical, long-term care, or laboratory settings is preferred to ensure familiarity with best practices. A keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for maintaining accuracy in diagnostic procedures. Flexibility is key, as the role requires adaptability based on facility needs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable effective collaboration with nursing staff and interaction with patients. Lastly, a steadfast commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and compassionate care is vital to promote a supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being of our patients.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Current certification or licensure as a Medical Technician (Med Tech), Clinical Laboratory Technician, or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a clinical, long‑term care, or laboratory setting preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Ability to work flexible hours based on facility needs (PRN).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and compassionate care.
