Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the birthing unit
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Effectively monitor and document patient status and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Support patients and families through the labor and delivery process

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• Recent EFM at least intermediate required
• Minimum of 2 years of circulating experience in labor and delivery
