Community Manager - The Arcadia

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at one of our apartment communities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property management, a commitment to resident satisfaction, and proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, leasing, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance coordination. Lead, manage, and develop on-site staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Ensure property meets budget and occupancy goals. Execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents. Conduct regular inspections and maintain curb appeal and property standards. Maintain accurate records and reports, including financials, renewals, and service requests. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, company policies, and safety standards. Requirements Previous property management experience is required. Experience with OneSite and KNOCK is preferred. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus. Must pass background and drug screening. Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience ($65,000–$75,000 per year). Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days.
