Basic Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a line cook is essential.
- Culinary Arts degree preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, techniques, and ingredients.
- Understanding of food safety protocols and proper handling.
- Passion for culinary arts and guest service.
- Ability to follow recipes, accommodate food allergies, and propose menu items.
- Proficiency in knife skills and butchering techniques.
- Commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Willingness to assist with cleaning and maintenance duties as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and observe personal cleanliness standards.
- Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
