Seed Treatment & Packaging Associate

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Seed Treatment & Packaging Associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for assisting with seed treatment, packaging, and general production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, able to follow instructions, and willing to learn new equipment and processes.

Seed Treatment & Packaging Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment used in seed treating and packaging processes Package and prepare seed products for shipment
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in required safety training
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
• Monitor product quality and ensure accurate packaging specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility
• Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet operational goals

Seed Treatment & Packaging Associate Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn production equipment and new processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
