Part-Time State Farm Agent Team Member wanted We're looking for a motivated, coachable individual to join our State Farm Insurance Agency This part-time In-Office role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. Our agency office is located in Chicago (North-Side), and we prefer candidate who are short commute to our office.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm products and services
• Identify, qualify, and document leads by gathering relevant information
• Follow up on leads from campaigns and referrals and schedule appointments for licensed team members
• Provide basic information and answer general questions about insurance options
• Stay up to date on State Farm products and services
• Maintain and update a CRM database of prospects and customer interactions
• Follow all State Farm compliance and communication guidelines
• Submit regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointments

Qualifications:

• Insurance license preferred ; must be able to obtain required licenses ASAP if not currently licensed
• Proficient with CRM tools and data entry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of insurance (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Positive attitude, coachable, organized, reliable, and dependable
• Fast learner with the ability to perform consistently during office hours

Availability / Schedule:

• Available Mon-Fri daytime hours ( exact schedule/time TBD )

Compensation & Benefits

• $16.00-$20.00 per hour (doe)
• Base pay plus potential to earn production/bonus incentives
• Training, development, and advancement opportunities, with the possibility to grow into a future full-time role

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
• Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
