Construction Laborers - Earn up to $25/hour

Company Overview Structural Technologies is the in‑house engineering business line of Structural Group, specializing in advanced structural strengthening, repair, and post‑tensioning solutions. With over 2,500 employees nationwide, the company serves the commercial, public, transportation, industrial, and power markets. The company’s home office is in Fort Worth, Texas, where occasional meetings will take place. Position Summary This position is not suitable for applicants with only welding experience. There are no welding duties in this role. Responsibilities Work alongside a Foreman/Superintendent to execute daily tasks. Perform general concrete repair (demolition, rebar installation, carpentry, concrete pours, finishing). Operate power‑tools (e.g., rotary hammers, chipping hammers, hammer drills). Conduct post‑tension repair, rebar/post‑tension installation, and stressing. Travel independently between projects. Qualifications Focused on safety in all situations and environments. Comfortable with the use of standard PPE at construction sites. Team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude. Experienced construction field technicians or laborers. Familiar with concrete repair, formwork, finishing, grouting, and placement/tying of rebar. Familiar with the installation and/or stressing of post‑tensioning systems. Familiarity with new construction and existing buildings. Comfort with working at heights. Ability to read and speak English. Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Good hand‑eye coordination and able to stand for extended periods. Motivated to work more than 40 hours per week. Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth. Must provide own transportation, a valid driver’s license, and pass DMV record screening. Pre‑employment drug screen required. Preferred Prior experience in post‑tensioning (ideal but not required). Bilingual in Spanish/English. Union ironworker or rodbuster experience; ability to work on union or open‑shop projects. Compensation Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour.
