Massage Therapist | Revive at The Group Medical Spa Part Time Experienced Preferred Revive at The Group Medical Spa is looking for a licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team! We are seeking a professional, client-focused Massage Therapist who is passionate about creating an exceptional experience and helping clients feel their best. The ideal candidate will provide customized massage therapy services based on each client's individual needs while contributing to the welcoming, collaborative environment at Revive. What You\'ll Do Provide customized massage therapy services based on client needs and goals Consult with clients regarding areas of discomfort, stress, and treatment preferences Maintain accurate and timely documentation of consultations and treatments Educate clients on stretching, strengthening, relaxation techniques, and ongoing massage recommendations Adjust massage techniques based on client feedback throughout treatment Build strong client relationships and help promote long-term client loyalty Maintain knowledge of Revive\'s services, treatments, and products Collaborate and cross-refer with other Revive providers to support continuity of care Participate in team training, events, marketing initiatives, and social media efforts Maintain client confidentiality and uphold Revive\'s policies and professional standards What We\'re Looking For Completion of at least 500 hours of massage therapy education Current Iowa Massage Therapy License CPR/First Aid certification Spa or similar client-service experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills A client-focused approach with demonstrated customer service and sales abilities Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and helping grow the Revive brand If you\'re passionate about massage therapy, building lasting client relationships, and providing an elevated experience in a medical spa environment, we\'d love to hear from you!
