What We Offer Competitive pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour based on experience Weekly pay Schedule: Monday–Friday, full‑time 40 hours Exceptional medical, dental, and vision coverage 403(b) retirement plan Generous PTO package Additional benefits: voluntary life and disability insurance and HRA Responsibilities Perform facility technical HR functions Coordinate onboarding for all new hires Coordinate employee benefit applications per Integritus guidelines Prepare and process weekly payroll Maintain employee personnel and medical files per regulations Ensure accurate performance evaluation, license tracking, physicals, and vaccination records Review all new employee records for completeness (reference checks, employment history, required licenses, CORI checks, and other paperwork) Maintain tracking system for LOA/FMLA requests and approvals Coordinate employee satisfaction efforts with facility leadership and home office staff Understand employees’ rights in accordance with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality Other responsibilities as required per job description Requirements High school diploma Associate degree or equivalent 2‑year degree Prior HR or office coordinator experience in a long‑term care setting preferred Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all levels of staff, management, residents, and the public #J-18808-Ljbffr
